The Mean-13 H.B. is now being offered to you by the amp exchange. As you can see the H.B. stands for 'hand-built'(all hand-built in the U.S.A.).The Mean-13 H.B. has the same exact circuit as the sought after Mean-13 Mod kit from Mercury Magnetics. (Which is only available thru techs authorized by Mercury) It also has the has the same high-quality tubes and transformers. The primary difference is that the Mean-13 H.B. is all handwired point-to-point on a turret board has many N.O.S components inside and out, and comes in an unforgettable numbered hard wood head cabinet. These are limited production with the exclusive permission of Mercury Magnetics. No one else is authorized to produce them hence they will not be available anywhere else.
