Special Order Policy
We carry many more items than are shown on our
www.bassexchange.com Shopping Site. Items that do not appear in our Shopping
Site but that we normally carry are not considered special orders. They
will, however, need to be ordered by email, mail, or telephone.
Special orders ARE special, and we want you to be a satisfied customer. www.bassexchange.com will special
order almost any product that is carried by our manufacturers.
To order non-stock, special order items, a pre-payment in full is required.
Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable, and special order items are
non-cancelable/non-returnable. Manufacturers vary in delivery time, so estimated
times of arrivals are not guaranteed.
Online Ordering Policies
We accept
Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and AMEX credit cards.
Credit card billing address must match the billing address of the customer
placing the order.
Orders must be shipped to a street address because an order cannot be shipped
to a post office box.
Shipping/handling costs will be automatically calculated for you and will
be shown in your "Shopping Cart".
California residents will be charged appropriate state/county sales tax.
Shipping Options for
Online Orders
The checkout screen gives you three options
(in most cases) for shipping your order. You may choose "One Day Service", "Two
Day Service," or "Standard Service" for your order. The
amount of time this refers to is from when your order actually ships from
our warehouse. Internet Orders to our secure server must be received by
11 am Pacific Time in order to ship out that same
day.
Although all items we ship are factory sealed in original boxes, bassexchange.com
uses recycled packing materials to repack smaller items in larger boxes to
add further protection during transit.

Return Policy
bassexchange.com has a one-week money back return policy (less shipping costs).
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Bassexchange.com,
simply call or e-mail us within seven days of receipt to arrange the details
of your return.
All returns must:
* be in original, undamaged, new condition
* include all warranty cards, literature, packaging, etc.
All returns are subject to inspection and a
20% restocking fee.
Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return
for your refund or reshipment to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow
up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Returns of special order merchandise and drop-ship items may be subject to
manufacturers" restocking fees. No items will be accepted unless accompanied
by a return authorization, valid for 7 days only!
(Sorry, but no returns are allowed on books, pickups, raw frame speakers,
mouth-blown instruments, microphones etc…and some Special Order items.)
Guaranteed Lowest Price
Policy
bassexchange.com is offering the most competitive discount prices in the
industry. In the rare event you should find your purchase advertised at a
lower price by an authorized dealer, we will match that price and give you
a 10% credit of the difference towards your purchase of the advertised item.
If after you have made a purchase at bassexchange.com and find the same product
advertised at a lower price, let us know and we will refund the difference
immediately. All claims must be made within 30 days of the receipt date.
Demo models, factory seconds, discontinued merchandise, blow outs and floor
samples are not included. Advertised items must be factory-sealed new product.
Why
do we give a 10% credit to our customer who report lower prices?
With thousands of items advertised, we do our best to insure that we have
the lowest advertised price at all times. However, in the rare event there
is a lower price available, we want to know about it so that we can immediately
change our price on our site.
Product Warranty Policy
All products on our shopping site carry the full
manufacturers" warranties against defects in parts and workmanship. Should
a defect occur within the manufacturer"s warranty period, contact us immediately.
We will be glad to help facilitate the repair or replacement as specified
by the manufacturer. The manufacturer will determine whether the defect is
covered under their warranty; we do not make that determination.
Please note: U.S.-based manufacturers WILL NOT honor warranties for
items sold and shipped outside the U.S.
Also, if a school, school district, or board of education purchases an instrument
and resells it to an individual, the manufacturer considers the warranty
to be void. Warranties are extended only to the original purchaser.
